Semax Peptide Dosage Calculator
Computes the reconstituted concentration, the draw volume, and the corresponding mark on a U-100 syringe scale.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Reading the scale: the highlighted mark corresponds to the calculated volume on a standard U-100 insulin syringe — 100 units = 1 mL, and each numbered tick is one unit.
Reconstituting Semax Peptide
Semax is stocked in 10 mg and 5 mg vials, so the first thing the arithmetic needs is which one. 2 mL of diluent gives 5 mg/mL in the larger and 2.5 mg/mL in the smaller — the same volume, half the concentration, and nothing about the resulting solution distinguishes them. With the molecular weight on file at 813.9, molar concentration is available. Semax and selank are both seven-residue peptides stocked in the same two masses, and their molecular weights differ by roughly 60 daltons, so their molar figures land close but not identical.
