Growth Peptides
Growth peptides are growth hormone secretagogues — compounds studied in muscle-growth and body-composition research that stimulate the pituitary to release the body’s own growth hormone, rather than supplying growth hormone itself.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Peptide
5+5mg · 10+10mg
Price range: $69.00 through $129.00Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page
CompoundPlug supplies two: the CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin blend — a GHRH analog paired with a ghrelin mimetic — and tesamorelin, the only GHRH analog that completed clinical development. Two different receptors on the same axis in the blend, and the reason they’re combined is more interesting than “synergy.” HPLC-tested, mass-spec verified, molecular weights published. Ships from Canada. Research use only.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29, MW 3367.95) with Ipamorelin (MW 711.85). Two different receptors: GHRH and GHS-R. The DAC distinction matters — with DAC the half-life is eight days, without it, thirty minutes. Growth hormone is released in pulses, not continuously. 5+5mg / 10+10mg. → Buy CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Canada
Tesamorelin
A 44-amino-acid GHRH analog — near the full endogenous sequence, where CJC-1295 is a 29-residue fragment. The only GHRH analog to complete clinical development, and approved in Canada as EGRIFTA (Theratechnologies, Montreal). Research-grade material is not that product. Frequently Asked Questions
Why are CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combined?
Because growth hormone release is governed by two opposing signals: GHRH is the accelerator, somatostatin is the brake. CJC-1295 presses the accelerator — it agonises the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin presses the accelerator AND releases the brake: ghrelin-receptor agonism stimulates GH release and suppresses somatostatin. That’s the mechanism of synergy — not two compounds doing the same thing twice, but one pushing harder while the other removes what’s holding it back.
What does "no DAC" mean, and does it matter?
A great deal. CJC-1295 with DAC carries a Drug Affinity Complex that binds albumin and extends the half-life to roughly eight days. Without DAC — Mod GRF (1-29) — the half-life is 30 minutes to two hours. Growth hormone is naturally released in pulses, not continuously. A 30-minute half-life produces a pulse; an eight-day half-life produces a sustained elevation. They’re studied differently for that reason. CompoundPlug supplies the no-DAC form, and publishes the molecular weight.
Why is Ipamorelin described as "selective"?
Earlier growth hormone secretagogues — GHRP-2, GHRP-6 — also elevated cortisol and prolactin. Ipamorelin was designed to avoid that, and published models show it releases growth hormone without the cortisol and prolactin elevation that limited its predecessors. That selectivity is the reason it exists.
Is this the same as HGH?
No. Somatropin — synthetic human growth hormone — is a prescription drug in Canada with authorized products. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are secretagogues: they stimulate the pituitary to release the body’s own growth hormone. They are not growth hormone and do not contain it. Different compounds, different regulatory category. CompoundPlug does not supply somatropin.
Are they legal in Canada?
Neither is an authorized health product in Canada — no DIN, no NPN, not approved for human use. Neither is a controlled substance.
